The network collects the data, analyses existing knowledge and exchange experiences in relation to a topic, issue or a challenge shared by all the involved parties. The target groups of the Project are representatives of educational and scientific institutions and local communities. The formed Nnetwork will continue the work to compile a bigger and longer co-project for adult education in all involved countries.
